The mobile crusher's inlet, positioned at a height of 1200mm (45”), has a throat measuring 400mm (16”) square which is designed to accept material up to this size. The MiniCrush is built with 4 point safety System. This system comprises of an ignition and lockable interlock stop button, strategically sited emergency stop buttons, a cable ring fence interlocked with the emergency stop system to provide a physical barrier around the feed hopper and sprung-loaded grizzler panels directly above the crushing zone. All safety interlocks cut power to the machine's hydraulic system, dumping all hydraulic pressure as well as stopping the engine.
Using the Adjustacrush© system, the MiniCrush can crush everything from bricks and concrete, to paving slabs and kerbstone using a unique adjustable jaw gap.
The Minicrush comes with an in built dust suppression system to keep dust to a minimum while crushing. The Kubota air-cooled diesel engine provides impressive performance and when the AirClean© option is fitted you can use MiniCrush in the smallest of enclosed spaces including small mines for processing oversize rocks brought down by blasting
